Jennifer is a zealous advocate ready to take the case to trial, but is also sensitive to the financial and emotional cost of litigation and strives to resolve cases for her clients in the most cost efficient and least detrimental means, such as mediation or through settlement negotiations.
She often works with a variety of experts, including CPA’s, financial planners, appraisers, business valuators and psychologists to provide comprehensive legal representation to her clients.
Jennifer received her Cum Laude Bachelors in Science from SUNY Buffalo and later went on to graduate Cum Laude from Florida International University with a Masters in Journalism and Communication prior to attending Nova Southeastern University Sheppard Broad School of Law and attaining her Juris Doctorate degree. Jennifer is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida.
